Our agency produces digital sales funnels for companies across North America. We are seeking an Operations Specialist who can support the business office as we expand our team and impact.

This position supports the team in the areas of finance, human resources, and general administration. The right person for this role must be highly organized, proficient in office, and able to balance multiple projects at one time.



PRIMARY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support the CEO & Director of Operations in areas of finance, human resource and various administrative projects



CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

Highly organized! Detail oriented and is bothered when things fall through the cracks - your agenda/timeline skills are organized to a “T”

Helpful. Always seeking to find easier ways to take on projects as you support others

Planner. Consider key details necessary for project success. (fair warning, we're Asana die-hards and it's what keeps our team on track!)

Trust. Managing confidential client data and financial information, it’s imperative that you have a high level of proven integrity and trust.

Experienced. At least 2 years of experience working in an administrative role

Lives within driving distance of Byron Center, MI
Ability to attend weekly in-person meetings

Digital marketing experience
Comfort and familiarity in Wordpress, Asana, Google Apps, Various CRMs, and social platforms.?

POSITION DETAILS:
Pay range: $15 - $19/hour
Monday - Friday
Between 25 and 40 hours per week
Flexible mix of on-site and remote work from home
Paid time off
